The intelligent positioner is composed of c8051microcontroller applications,conductive plastic potentiometers and electromagnetic torque-electrical conversion unit (IPconversion unit). The intelligent Positioner uses c8051as CPU, using negative feedbackcontrol system, that is, the control valve position signal and the valve stem positionfeedback signal after the actual arrival conversion module into CPU, CPU deviation ofthese two signals, According to the calculation error control output drive current, accordingto the pressure ratio is converted to the corresponding output, so that the executing agencyaction, to achieve positioning.The modularized method of design is adopted and it hasHART function, intrinsic safety (Exia) and flameproof enclosure (Exd) are also adopted.The high precision positioning control, speed control, stability control effect, the user canfreely choose flow curve, can also be sub-process control valves. HART communication,PID control, blur control and low energy consumption are be used to achieve intelligent inthis design.
