Due to the compressibility of the gas source and the data processing capability of the hardware microprocessor,the valve positioner is easy to cause the valve positioning accuracy to be insufficient or even cause the valve stem to fluctuate up and down to form a "surge" phenomenon.To solve this problem,the paper locates the intelligent valve.In-depth study of the control circuit board,design a new intelligent valve positioner control circuit board,through hardware and software optimization design,comprehensively improve the dynamic steady state performance of the valve control system.Through hardware research on the locator control circuit board,the hardware design is based on the micro-processing STC12C5A60S2 and outputs bipolar PWM pulse-driven piezoelectric valve.The peripheral circuit includes power conversion circuit,I/V conversion circuit and A/D sampling circuit.,button and liquid crystal display circuit;software design Because the valve control and execution process is a nonlinear time-varying system,it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model,so the control system uses fuzzy PID control algorithm instead of conventional PID control.By improving the design in two aspects of software and hardware,it can effectively avoid the instability of valve position fluctuation;in Matlab,the mechanism of the simulation valve is established to establish the mathematical model transfer function under different control strategies,and the simulation curve results: The fuzzy PID control algorithm has a faster response speed,and the minimum transition time is only 1.2s.It has no steady-state error and strong anti-interference ability,which can greatly improve the performance of the control system and effectively eliminate the instability of valve position fluctuation.The experimental test design control board control performance,record the valve position travel data during the commissioning test,simulate in Matlab,analyze and compare the measured data and the mathematical model simulation curve,indicating that the designed valve positioner control circuit board can make the valve control more Stable,fast and accurate.
