Research On Predrilled Pile Construction In Yingkou Beihai New District

As the predrilled pile can load heavy, cross kinds of soil layer, small to the peripheral environment harm, and so on, it is widely applied in the senior,super high-rise buildings and heavy structures. At the time of construction, the predrilled pile should discharge the ground the pile hole site earth, then clear the residual in the bottom of the hole, place the reinforcing cage, pured concrete finally. The whole construction process more, and it belong to underground or underwater engineering, if construction operates improper, may appear the card tube,collapse the hole, the drill hole crab, breaks quality flaws and so on, influence the integrity of the pile and the load carrying capacity of the single pile, thus posing a threat to safety as a whole. Therefore, there is a need for specific engineering, geological conditions, discussion on bored pile construction and quality control methods, to ensure the quality of works.This article take the three engineering projects in Yingkou Beihai area as a backing, apply the knowledge in the course, Refer to the relevant specifications of the profession requires, to study the following:1. Introduce pile foundation types, according to the founction, the pile soil interaction between characters, construction method, geometric characteristics firstly;2. Discuss the engineering example site geological condition and hydrogeological condition, clear local formation structure and lithologic characteristic;3.Discuss predrilled pile construction process,including pile position alignment, buried protecting tube, pile machine positioning, modulation breast wall mud, drilling, the fist hole cleaning and steel reinforcement cage manu facture and davit, put duct, the second hole cleaning and determination slime, pouring of concrete and other major construction technology and quality contror points;4. Introduce the quality of pile foundation inspection methods, combined with the engineering practice, through the single pile vertical statics load and core testing data to support, analysis in bored pile construction in the pile length, reinforcing cage, pile body strength, pile body completeness, pile end bearing stratum, pile bottom hole collapse and key control points of the cause of the quality problems, and prevent and control measures;...
