Research And Application Of Detection And Control System For Hydrostatic Testing Machine

Casing was widely used in important areas of aviation, marine, defense, tantalum pipe quality testing is very important. Hydrostatic testing is an important method of tantalum pipe quality testing. Using hydraulic tester for tantalum pipe hydraulic test can detect tantalum pipe quality defects to ensure the quality of tantalum pipe.In order to improve the detection performance of hydraulic tester, this article analyzed the process characteristics of tantalum pipe hydraulic test, established the requirements of hydrostatic testing machine detection and control system. To meet the requirements of pipe sealing, this paper analyzed the characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional valve. Through carried on the comparison to the traditional PID control and fuzzy control, Fuzzy PID control strategy was put forward. To design a fuzzy PID controller, the article used the MATLAB fuzzy control toolbox for fuzzy control query table, the STEP7software was used for table lookup design, realized the precise control of sealing force. At the same time, this article constructed the system by the industrial computer, PLC, sensor etc. Designed a man-machine interfaces system in order to accomplish the function such as parameters given by the IPC and the storage and query of important parameters.The practical operation of hydraulic tester show that the system’s hardware and software design can be very good to meet the requirements of the hydraulic pressure test process. Seal failure phenomenon and pipe damage did not occur in the actual operation, the defects of pipes can be detected.This system has a typical role model and application value.
