This article is based on the success of the company new carimport project experience and technology present situation, combining with theexperience results at home and abroad, to carry out the coating process in theapplication research in the process of automobile product import.This thesis mainly do the research work of the following several aspects:1) in the product process planning stages, modeling and engineering phase, adoptthe method of theoretical analysis on the basis of experience for coating processapplication study, determined the coating process in the stage of product developmentrelated constraints.2) in the stage of product engineering, according to the result of simulationlaboratory electrophoresis Kong Yong through force, sums up the body ofelectrophoresis hole open rules, and compiled a body of common electrophoresis holeopen specification, auxiliary and binding the company following the productdevelopment process.3) in the product prototype trial-manufacture stage, using the analysis methodbased on the actual product to verify, compile the application of the coating process inproduct prototype verification method and content.4) in the product trial production debugging stage, the coating productiontechnology to prepare new vehicles inspection system is established, it quantifies thequalitative indexes, and perfect the control means of the new product trial productiondebugging.
