By making the frame and body vibration attenuation rapidly,automobile shock absorbercan improve the car’s comfort and comfort performance. As the main parts of the car,the carshock absorber is wearing parts,the shock absorber tube is to determine its one of the keyparts of life,when the bottom of the cylinder and the cylinder as a whole and the bottom of thecylinder is a hemispherical,the point of the cylinder has highest and best manufacturability.Inthe past the processing method of the damper cylinder head is much for casting,the structureof the threaded connection,welding and rolling forming,etc.,although these methods canrealize the cylinder and the cylinder bottom connection,but cannot guarantee the processingquality and processing efficiency is low,based on this,this paper studies a new type of hotspinning device,can realize high quality of cylinder head processing,the key technology ofmachining equipment parameters are studied.This paper describes the development situation of spinning equipment in the domesticand abroad,the study scheme of hot spinning equipment is determined,design theimplementation of the action of hydraulic and pneumatic system,completed theimplementation of hot spinning function of various mechanical design,use numericalsimulation to determination of main parameters for the clamping device and spinning device.Mechanical design part finished using mechanical joint rodless cylinder automaticup-down material design; Select the precision card head for clamping work piece; Determineelectromagnetic heating for artifacts,realize the high efficiency and energy saving heatingprocess; Finally considering the mechanical transmission way of position precision and goodstability,with the method of mechanical transmission to feed,and fixture and mould with ahigher rotating speed,at the same time to ensure that the liquid content on forming on theinner tube and the core shaft itself as far as possible,ensure its shapes by clamping fixture andspindle shape; Finished drawing hot spinning equipment to realize the action of airpressure,hydraulic system schematic diagram.Based on the relevant theory of metal heat treatment of metal heat treatment and themicrostructure of the metal diagram,determine the heating temperature and the temperature ofthe seamless steel tube delay its distribution curve; After heating of the seamless steel tubewith spray protective gas nitrogen for cooling.Numerical simulation completed heat-structure-fluid coupling analysis of automobileshock absorber cylinder that injection of nitrogen cooling,get the best temperature,speed andtime of nitrogen injection; Application of plastic forming numerical simulation method to numerical simulation of complex molding issues.Analysis of the stress and strain distributionand its variation law in the process of forming.
