With the development of the information age, electric vehicles have graduallybeen developed as the people’s transportation from the traditional vehicles, whichfully reflect the wisdom of people. Modern electric vehicle is a new kind of energyvehicles, which replaces oil with electricity and has the characteristics of low carbonenvironmental protection, energy conservation and emissions reduction. It would welladapt to the sustainable development strategy of our country and the demand forglobal environmental protection and energy. So it has a very good prospect fordevelopment. However,the power battery of electric vehicles exists the problemswhich cannot increase storage size and delay service life and so on. So we can’t makea breakthrough in a short time. These are the reasons why electric cars didn’t reach alarge-scale promotion. In order to vigorously promote the electric cars, the best way isto use the network of charging and changing facilities, which can solve the problem ofpower battery of electric vehicles.Electric vehicle’s charging and changing infrastructure service network cansatisfy the demand of electric vehicle’s charging and changing and provide theprotection for the normal operation of electric vehicles. Based on the project ofShandong Electric Power Research Institute, this paper does the research for thedevelopment, maintenance and Network system of electric vehicle charging serviceaccording to Erlang language. The work is summarized as follows:(1) We introduce the research background, the research status and the significanceof the electric vehicle. We also give the introduction on a programming languagenamed Erlang for the development of electric vehicle charging systems.(2) We propose the whole modules of electric vehicle service network, especiallycharging module. We analyze the problems during the process of charging module ofelectric vehicle service network. We use a “token” concept to solve the problem aboutthe inaccurate data summing which is made by extracting data or data transmission.We extract the tuple data with the “token” in line through the parent process’s “token”, then add all values to ensure the data accuracy. Because the application needs to readthe tuples in the list of initialization sequences from top to bottom, it could reduce thenumbers of processes of Erlang when we initialize the large tuples data. In order tosolve these problems by the characteristics of Erlang, we use the linear interpolationmethod to let each tuple data as the information at the end points of a given interval.Thereby data increase without influencing the number of creating Erlang process.(3) We describe the function of electric vehicle charging and changing servicenetwork simulation system and show the related experimental results.Finally, we make the summarizations of our work and give the further researchdirections.
