| With the rapid development of domestic and international automotive industry, the types of cars is increasing, more and more intense competition within the industry.Interior decoration of cars has also become an important factor to affect consumer choice.I-panel is one of the most complex interior decoration, because it is relate to drive, security and comfort. So stability of operation, security of use, durability of structure have a direct effect on consumers to evaluate the whole quality of cars.Many countries in the world have issued relevant prescript to vehicle crash test and interior decoration, the safety of interior design catches more and more attention. Depend on finite element static and dynamic theory, treat panel as study object, use finite element analysis software to mesh, model analysis, crash analysis, verify the dynamic characteristics of the panel from several aspects.Use3D software CATIA to design model of panel, change format of model, then import the new model to ANSA. Do a necessary simplification without changing static and dynamic parameters. Consider quantity, quality and layout of cell, shell elements are used to pre-meshing, adjust uneven surface and rib bending after generate mesh automatically. Get accurate finite element model. Use beam element as connection between two parts. Result of model analysis can be gotten through ABAQUS, such as natural frequencies and vibration of top10modes. Compare with reference material, ensure that the natural frequencies is available. Then join head model in the model, complete crash analysis model of the car panel, use LS-DYNA to simulate multi-crash analysis of the model. Pay attention to head acceleration is in line with regulatory requirement or not. Verify the panel model is reasonable, and provide an accurate theoretical basis for automotive designers. |
