Coriolis Mass Flowmeter Applied Research

Crude oil metering is directly related to the economic interests of supply and demand,accurately for metering of crude oil flow is a basic work in enterprise production andmanagement. In order to improve the accuracy of the metering of crude oil, oil production isused in a large number of various types of flowmeter. An overview of the article start to myunit has made the simple introduction, I unit is mainly responsible for receiving the creek tooil gathering station, to measure, store, to the oil pressure, oil refineries, after the heattransmission to yulin. Then analyzed the flow meter application technology researchsignificance, also is the application of flow measurement instrument research significance.And the history and development present situation and development tendency of thedevelopment of flowmeter is briefly. Then I work in this thesis. In the second chapter, thispaper expounds the application of flow measurement technology and instrument of severalareas. In the third chapter, a wide range of flow measurement and instrumentation, cause itsclassification method is very much also. This chapter according to the most extensive and themost popular classification, respectively, to explain the principle, characteristics andapplication of various flowmeter and its development both at home and abroad. In the fourthchapter of standing application of coriolis flowmeter in-depth research, its basic principle,design idea, characteristics made explanation, then according to the measuring tube shape andstructure on the classification, and then the structure of coriolis mass flowmeter is presented,and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages, the matters of attention in the installation.And then illustrates the quality of my unit in production summary flowmeter system testingand maintenance of management experience. The final selection of flowmeter is presented,only carefully choose the type of flow meter, to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
