The Discussion Of High-rise Buildings Fire Engineering Design And Construction

High-rise building means the ten-storey and over ten-storey dwelling building，including the dwelling building which has been set the business service network stations inthe first floor,or means the public building which its height is over24meters. Becausemost of the storeys are at a high altitude,the aerial ladder’s lenth is not enough to reachwhen there encounters a fire rescue,so hise-rise buildings are based on the self-rescuing,ithas a higher standard of self-rescuing system.High-rise building design is the very first stepof the building composing, and it is also the source of fire safety of high-rise building. Aperfect engineering design is the primary link of ensuring high-rise building’s fireprotection system,and taking care of fire engineering construction details can improve thelevel of people’s safety ensurance when fire disaster appears.This thesis relies on high-rise building fire engineering field investigation in Wuhancity,using the system analysis theory in management,to set up an intact design andconstruction comprehensive project,it is also fused with author’s creative design andconstruction details in this paper.For the high-rise building’s roof part,this paper has scientifically designed andarranged heliport、rock high-level-placement fire water tank、fire elevator machine roomand other engineerings to make up a roof fire preventing system;for the high-risebuilding’s main building part,this paper designed a whole-storey refuge storey,recommended construction scheme,and systematically designed a whole building’s fireengineering scheme to make up main building fire preventing system;for the high-risebuilding’s underground parking part, this paper also puts forward many brandnewviewpoints.They all make this paper make a contribution to achieve an all-around designobject of fire disaster preventing、fire disaster cleaning、people’s escaping safety ensuring.It makes people pay highly attention to the dangerousness of high-rise buildings’ firedisaster. It also provides a reference and a new thinking way to fire engineering design andconstruction practice.
