The structure transformation of building reinforcement is in the large-scaledevelopment period, engineering structure strengthening the stress characteristics of anew building more and more complex, the building after the reconstruction of the load,the stress will change will also have two times of stress, the strengthening methods onthe structure of reasonable reinforcement design is facing many designers the problem.It requires designers to understand and comprehensive analysis of the project, based ondetailed structural testing report from the overall analysis of reinforcement influenceson the building structure transformation, blind design will enable the buildingrenovation work did not reach the expected effect, and even has the potential to reducethe overall safety of the structure.This paper will combine with the practical engineering,the existing structure reliability appraisal evaluation and reinforcement design arediscussed and theoretical system. The main research contents:(1)introduces the design of the structure of detection and identification,strengthening the necessity and actuality; introduces the development of relevantstandards, the current building detection and reinforcement design work related tonational development.(2)be concise and to the point introduces the process building reliability appraisalrating, standard of identification and rating requirements, summed up the process ofdetection and identification of engineering structures can follow the law; introduces thefailure probability and reliability index of the corresponding relationship betweenexisting structures; lists the current structural design of new technology and traditionalseismic strengthening technology method.(3)the detection method, the detection process in civil architecture testinginstruments, in the process of testing data and material strength results are introduced indetail; the brick concrete structure engineering examples, Chinese Academy of buildingresearch using PKPM finite element analysis module of JDJG software in checkingbearing structure force compressive, shear wall, bearing capacity of wall shear. Basedon the results of the project conducted a comprehensive reliability rating.(4)according to the engineering situation and the rating results, the increasing section method for engineering reinforcement design, use of PKPM reinforcementidentification software for reinforcement schemes are analyzed.Practice shows that good design must refer to the reinforcement of reliable andaccurate appraisal reports and excellent structural transformation has good economicand social benefits, it is very consistent with the development trend of today’sconstruction business. And build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, Ihope the paper detection and identification methods can have a certain reference valueand reference to the similar projects.
