The curved long span space truss is a common structural form. However, the causes of the design, bearing, on-site assembly or lifting and management factors, lead to different forms of disease. These diseases not only affect the safety of the structure, but also affect the serviceability and durability of the structure, serious, the structure will lose its function. How to carry out the objective of effective Detection and identification of the curved long span space truss, propose appropriate and reasonable remolded programs, it is urgent to enhance the safety, durability and serviceability of the structure. Therefore, to enhance the study of the identification and reinforcement technology on the curved long span space truss, it will have great practical significance and high economic benefit.This paper based on the design and construction of steel grid structure, space truss structure calculation method, engineering structure inspection and Evaluation Technology, strengthening technology of steel grid frame, construction monitoring technology, durability of steel structure and norms related to structural. Integrated use of the basic theory and computational methods of engineering practice;One coal storage at the bottom of the bar by the force of diseases were carried on detection and identification, the reason analysis, the design of the reinforcement construction technology programs and explore the construction process and conceptual analysis. The main work is as follows:(Ⅰ) This chapter elaborates the reason for failure of grid structure and current situation of the development of grid research and its harm, summarizes the commonly used method of grid reinforcement, pointed out the dry coal shed grid reinforcement engineering survey and its network in the presence of severe disease.(Ⅱ) Based on the related technical rules of steel structure, through field investigation, detection and causes analysis of the grid disease, points out that the structure in the presence of diseases and causes of inquiry, drawing grid disease analysis diagram; according to the test results, the grid to the performance were checked and analyzed, and given the test appraisal conclusion;(Ⅲ) Based on standard J10793-2007 rules of steel grid structure disease were classified, according to the disease damage degree, proposes strengthening repair measures of rational and feasible for the steel grid diseases; combination of CECS 77:96 steel structure reinforcement technology specification standard of strengthening, according to the calculation results and the actual situation analysis, determine the steel truss structure reinforcement design scheme and construction drawing;(Ⅳ) Based on related technical regulations and standards, of dry coal shed grid reinforcement material related parameters were detected; discusses the grid replacement, fetal overhead rise, construction monitoring, loading unloading sequence construction process and key points of construction load, construction demolition proposed on the dry coal shed rack in the note after the use of and suggestions on the long-term monitoring of disease.(Ⅴ) The research work of this thesis has been summarized, and the research trends in the future are has been forecasted.
