Double Arch Bridge because of its high degree of prefabricated construction, lowcost, after the rise since the1960s, widely used throughout the country, resulting in hugeeconomic benefits. With the recent heavy vehicle traffic volume and serious overloadingand load levels increased substantially increase, coupled with the construction,operation, maintenance and management measures ineffective, most of our curved archbridge carrying capacity reduced, causing danger, Old Bridge increased year by year, forthe increasing influence of traffic safety, the urgent need reinforcement and repair, evendemolition and reconstruction.This paper relies on Handan Mining Bridge reconstruction project, carried out "hyperbolic arch bridge overall real-destructive testing." Record until stage loadingbridges destroyed, the whole process of bridge stress, strain, fracture changes and otherdata, and the bridges destroyed by the force of a comprehensive analysis of the entireprocess, using the finite element program for real simulation of the whole process ofchecking the bridge, in order to understand bridge during the test the stress, strain andother structural damage to the law of development, compared with the actual data values,and thus the curved arch bridge force development law, redistribution, and the criticalstress state law studies.Meanwhile this paper, finite element analysis software Handan Xing Feng Bridgeline mine removal process simulation, calculated bridge deformation during removaland strain variation. Real bridge demolition on the whole process of monitoring,collecting deformed bridge removal process, strain and other data. Comparative analysis,in order to protect the safety of bridge demolition, removal sequence of hyperbolic archand other factors on the stability of the bridge, and thus the removal of the old bridge tooptimize the overall program, proposed a method of removing the optimal curved archbridge. In this paper, the actual project also need to prepare the construction designbooks, and successfully guide the newly remodeled mine Bridge smoothimplementation of projects.In China, there are still many existing double curved arch bridge, the aboveresearch has great economic value and social benefit, and has wide application prospect.
