| With the continual development of economic construction, airport constructionhas became an important integral part of the economic construction and development.Especially, convenient air transport is one of the prerequisites for development oflocal tourism.There are many tourist attractions in Sichuan Province.However,thegeographical condition of Sichuan province is so harsh and inaccessible that limit thedevelopment of tourism in the province. In recent years,the airport construaction oftourist attractions has became a necessary measure to the development of tourism inSichuan Province. Kangding Airport, Jiuzhaigou airport have been completed and putinto use, the rest of the airport is also under construction in recent years.The airport that author has involved in the completion is located in Sichuan AbaQiang Autonomous Prefecture and3,500meters above sea level. In construction ofthe airport, airport construction pre-siting directly affect the difficulty of the latterairport construction projects, progress and investment.Which airport clearancemeasurement is accurate or not directly related to aircraft taking off and landing safety,by what means are particularly important.The traditional means of measurement hadmany flaws in the work of airport construction,such as inefficient, slow, not intuitiveof data display.With the rapid development of3S technology,it is a reality that getting theinformation on the earth surface of the target area fastly and building theestablishment of a three-dimensional surface information visualization model. And wecan create realistic environment simulation three-dimensional scene and thistechnology can solve the defect of traditional measurement of airportconstruction.Author used3S technology to compelete the airport site’s choice andanalysis of clearance, compared and explored key strengths and the advantage of3Stechnology in airport construction.Firstly,author get1:200,000topographic vector dataof Areas of near the airportAreas,1:2000measured data topographic maps of airportarea and three-dimensional coordinates point of the target area through the secondarydevelopment of Google Earth to build TIN and establish a digital elevation model oftarget area.Then author download high resolution images via through an open network resources and uperimposed on the three-dimensional scene video production area onDEM.Thirdly,author will have a comprehensive analysis of three-dimensional scenesand screened to meet the project construction site through combination of regionalremote sensing geological interpretation and other related information.Next, a largenumber of mapping work and some difficulty work will be introduced fully. Finally,author will establish airport clearance limiting surface model by the field dataacquisition and processing algorithms,which will be used to comparised with thepre-production model of three-dimensional scene model of construction area. We caneasily know whether the construction area overrun and reduce probability of errors ofthe manual cartography in the past,which is the focus of this research work.Authorhope to show in detail the importance and difficult of the process of the airportconstruction, show application of3S technology in airport construction and providesome experience for the related work of airport construction in the future. |
