Power turret servo is the core component in turning centers and mill-turn machining centers, its reliability, accuracy and stiffness largely determine the performance of the entire machine. The sealing structure is a key component in the servo turret, its designe level directly determine the performance throughout the power turret servo.The sealing structure geometry, load, material properties are stochastic during work, if the design is unreasonable, it will lead to failure in the course of operation, and cause damage. Therefore, the research in the reliability of sealing structure has important theoretical significance and engineering use value.This paper fully draws on the results of stress and strain in sealing structure under load, which were completed by domestic and foreign experts and scholars.At the same time,the paper also drains the results in the design of structural reliability sensitivity.On this basis, the paper carried out a lot of research issues on the reliability of sealing structure in the power turret servo. First, establish a two-dimensional parametric model of sealing structure. Use the finite element simulation analysis software to establish a simplified two-dimensional model directly, and parameterize this process. Such, just change the design parameters of the model can automatically modify the sealing model.This approach can enhance the flexibility of analysis and improve the design efficiency; Secondly, the paper adopt the neural network theory, and apply the technology to structure reliability and reliability sensitivity analysis field. Make full use of the function of non-linear mapping and arbitrary function approximation in neural network to fit out the function equation between the response and random variables of sealing structure. According to the function equation fitted out by neural network, calculate the reliability of sealing structure and the sensitivity of the random variables of sealing structure to reliability by using a second moment method and the monte carlo method. Finally, the paper gets the dimensionless reliability sensitivity of basic random variables with different units, and use the Matlab software to draw the mean sensitivity bar chart and variance sensitivity bar chart of basic random variables in reliability, the charts analyzed the influence degree of the reliability to all the basic random variables quantitatively and intuitively. The paper provide theoretical reference in the design stage for products and has actively realistic meaning and theoretical value.
