Mentioned museums, think of culture, as the symbolic meaning of culture museum is as unalterable principles, farming culture is the essence of Chinese traditional culture, unlike some of the culture has the limitation that has a local characteristic culture, and farming culture is each corner mark around the world, shows its importance. Shanghe farming culture has a long history, under the influence of Confucianism, it has the colorful customs and gives a person with the humanistic spirit of enlightenment. According to the recent years of development in Shanghe, people need a place like a museum of nature heritage of Shanghe traditional culture and showing the achievements in the development of Shanghe over the years, so building a farming culture museum in Shanghe.This paper starts from the China farming culture, to understand its connotation, development history, heritage value, the problems in the process of farming culture development, and exploring the solutions.the core of farming culture is to respect the nature, the harmony between man and nature, harmonious coexistence, and to promote the sustainable development of the society, so it has a high heritage value. Then transition to Qilu farming culture, which is an important part of Chinese farming culture and the main representative of the Yellow River civilization, it is broad and deep. Finally settled into the design of Shanghe farming culture museum, this part discusses Shanghe regional culture characteristics, analyse and locate the museum design background, principles, ideas and style, consider and ponder over the design innovation point and integer conception, mainly in how to express architectural culture connotation and to build the theme well, and to design the construction of indoor and outdoor space, lighting and lighting design, exhibition mode and digital technology, but the key point is the design concept and innovation point. In the fourth part of this article, forcasting the development trend of agricultural culture and museum design, using the influence between subjects to solve more practical problems in the study, the traditional culture must answer to the problems which is brought by the development of globalization, and we should strive for the modern transformation of it; museum design shows even more interactive experience, design function trends to be diversified, and more is to perform the regional culture connotation. Space is for service, using design to achieve cultural and humane combining space and designing to render rich with architectural localization.
