There are some demands on comfort of floor vibration in Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ3-2010), which is published in2010;at the same time there are some demands on frequency of floor vibration in Code for design of concrete structures (GB50010-2010). It is the responsibility of engineers to enable the projects to meet the national standards and industry standards.However, the calculation of floor vibration comfort analysis still need to continue to study.For example,the calculation method of vertical natural frequency of multispan continuous two-way slab of the system board must be still study. Only with the calculation methods, engineers can use it to solve practical engineering problems of various floor vibration comfort.Floor vibration comfort is not just making people to feel comfortable, but refers to the ability to meet the performance requirements as the building environment.For example, as a hospital operating room, we would ensure the room to become a suitable space in order to use a variety of precision instruments and medical devices properly.This paper overviews the past scholars’research results on floor vibration excitation loads,and summarizes the control technology and control standards of floor comfort in different states.Regardless of the structural materials floor system and the construction methods used, you can use the same kind of vibration frequency calculations, as long as the same mechanical model.In accordance with the characteristics of the mechanical model of the system, the floor system used in this article will be divided into three categories:one-way floor beam power transmission system, bi-board power transmission system and two-way floor slab beam power transmission system.Such classification is actually planning a large-frame floor vibration frequency calculation method of the study.This paper discussed the calculation method of the past scholars’floor vibration comfort unidirectional beam system natural frequency.For neat checkerboard multispan continuous double plate in two-way slab floor system of power transmission, this paper start from the free vibration equations of board, use semi inverse method which means to get free vibration solution of differential equations.Basing on it, this paper releases the consideration formula of a checkerboard of multispan continuous two-way plate vibration frequency, and proves it right by a project examples.At last,the proposed new formula is verified and compared by finite element analysis software Midas Gen.
