| The alpine-cold areas, usually refers to the regions have the characteristics like high altitude (or high latitudes), lower temperature all the year round and permafrost. In our country, the greater part of these districts is distributed in western and southern regions, and their average altitude reaches more than2000meters. With the attaching importance to the develop-the-west strategy of government, the number of construction engineering projects in the western part increased year by year. Nevertheless, western constructions were under the influence of regions’ height, temperature and soil property or other elements, so troubles like low quality labor force and recruiting difficulties came in an endless stream, especially the reduction in construction machinery efficiency which was caused by the starving oxygen in the alpine-cold areas, it made serious construction difficulties.The dissertation researches the performance of the reduction in construction machinery efficiency based on the extremely cold areas. Based on the field survey of a representative project-Tibet power grid project, the author analyzed collected relevant data, consulted document literature about this subject and local construction operation information, then receives the analytical curve and formula around the whole alpine-cold areas through two main methods-Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Regression Analysis Model, finally, the author could explain reduction in construction machinery efficiency in cold areas accurately.The dissertation structure mainly is constructed by the following parts:The part1is the introduction. It expounds environmental characteristics of the extremely cold areas, the conception of machinery efficiency’s reduction, the reason and substratum of the research, study proto-cal and other contents.Part2is empirical data. This part describes how the writer gather these experience data and the treating processes.The next part presents measured data and theoretical calculation. By the GB1105.1"correction of internal combustion engine effective power", the writter calculates the field test data.Data processing model will be described in section4. This paragraph narrates the author use AHP to weight calculate treated data like empirical dataã€theoretical data and literature data, and finally get the comprehensive coefficient about efficiency reduction.Part5is called efficiency reduction trend analysis. The contect in this section is get the mathematical formula about how the reduction coefficient changed with the change of altitude by analyzing the processing model.Final part is conclusion. It is the summary and expectation of this dissertation.There are three innovations in this report:(1) The overall consideration about the variety of indicators and factors.This research divides the influence of high altitude area climate on construction machinery effect reduction into mechanical power, oil consumption and operation staff. Through integrated into account the mechanical power dropping, oil consumption increasing and operation staff reducing, it get the comprehensive coefficient about efficiency reduction.(2) Diversified data acquisition channel.For the more objective and scientific result, the author used three ways(literature research, field trip and symposium) to collect data about mechanical power, oil consumption and operation staff.(3) Data processing model combined subjective and objective.In order to the more accurate model coefficient and the description of the high altitude area’s impact on construction efficiency reduction, all the data in this dissertation are computed mixing subjective and objective, and it used AHP and Regression Analysis Model to process data. |
