The rapid development of economy and urbanization has scaled up engineering construction which causes environmental pollution。The economic development model featuring environment protection and resource conservation has become the development tendency of building industry. But in reality, there are many obstacles to green construction。 Thus, it is of great significance to study how to conduct green construction and improve its efficiency。Currently, most domestic studies on green construction focus on how to realize "Four Conservation and One Environmental Protection"。 This will not be further discussed here。 This thesis, however, attaches great importance to the overall plan and cost analysis and control of green projects。 Based on practical experience, this thesis mainly studies how to make a good master plan, a problem that has long been troubling the project manager。 By building the overall plan framework of green projects, this thesis points out that master plan and control measures are necessary before a project and document encompassing specific requirements at different stages are in need。 By conducting cost analysis, this thesis proposes cost control measures for green construction, which will help the project manager have a better understanding on overall benefits of green projects。By conducting calculation and comparison of projects where the author has been a member of the management, this thesis proves the aforementioned analysis and underlines the importance of overall plan and suitable documents and implementing rules。 Besides, it proves that overall plan can improve investment efficiency and decrease cost input by conducting data analysis。Hope this thesis will provide reference for the implementation and promotion of overall construction。...
