Research On The Traceability Management Of The Projects’ Quality And Safety Based On Failure Mode Analysis

With the development of the economic and the building technology, people’s livingconditions and living standards are constantly promoting. And the pursuit of the quality inconstruction safety, comfort, fit and function is improving. The quality of the constructionprojects is related to the safety of people’s lives and property. Quality management has alsobecome the core work in the project management, and also got more and more attention. Butdue to the quality defects of the buildings, there has been a lot of building collapse accident inrecent years. These incidents resulted many casualties, economic losses, environmentalpollution, and affected social stability adversely. These factors have forced us to face thecurrent problems that exist in the process of construction management and technology.Firstly, the research describes the current situation of the project quality and safetymanagement in the current quality management system.
