Research On The Informatization And Optimization Of Railway Two-ends Logistics Price Management

At present, because door to door businessof the Railway Bureau only developed in a short time,both logistics support systems,business development and the application is not mature, especially in terms oftwo ends-logistics transport price, there are still problems exist,such as,themanagement is still relatively lag behind, business process is not clear enoughand the level of Informatization is relatively low.To solve these problems, the paper analyzes the processes of in price setting,price adjustments, customer quotes Preferential processes of the pricemanagement, data needs identified needs workers at all levels and at both endsof the price of logistics management platform. Finally, based on the process optimization and the design of pricemanagement,the paper discussed the key technologies including Web Service,Electronic map and the Role-based-assign-control strategy that informationmanagement platform needs, provided basises for price setting and adjustmentdecision making based on Activity Based Costing algorithm and dynamic equationanalysis.
