In recent years, by using electricity levitation to simulate space weightlessness is an international and domestic research hotspot. How to build a stable and controllable spatial electromagnetic field is a big problem which experts and scholars have been trying to solve. The electromagnetic force generated mainly rely electromagnet. Change current which flowing through electromagnetic coil so as to change electromagnetic force. In order to obtain a stable electromagnetic force, the design and installation of electromagnet is very important, but more critical is the current stability, the stability of the current has direct impact on the stability of the electromagnetic fields. Based on this background, this paper has a research on high frequency DC power supply which has an inductive load.Firstly, this paper introduces the development status and trends of the switching power supply. Secondly, it introduces the working principle and typical switching power supply topologies. It also introduces the control theory of switching power supply. Thirdly, the causes of the current ripple produced were analyzed and possible solutions were described. It introduces the effect current-doubler rectifier on output current ripple. While the theoretical analysis and simulation of improved current-doubler rectifier circuit was described. Finally, it uses full-bridge current doubler rectifier circuit structure and SG3525AN which as a control chip. By properly selecting the parameters to complete the design of high-frequency high-power DC power supply.Experimental results show that the high-frequency high-power DC power supply has small output current ripple, can meet the requirements of switching power supply.
