The advancement of technology requires that power supplies have high efficiency and high power density. Generally, increasing the switching frequency of power supply is used to minish volume and reduce power loss of magnetic element, but there is somewhat limitation in the method of high frequency. Researchers have done a lot of research for magnetic element in converters in order to get the smaller size and the lower loss of magnetics, in result, integrated magnetics(IM)is put forward. We define the integrated magnetics concept as the process in which the inductors and tranformers are merged into a single magnetic circuit with multiple windings. The converters with magnetic components can benefit from adopting Integrated Magnetics (IM) techniques, with less components, smaller size, lower cost, and reduced core losses. IM technique for current doubler rectifier (CDR) is generally used.In this thesis, the application of Integrated Magnetics is investigated in the Current-Doubler-Rectif i.er Zero-Voltage-Switching PWM Full-Bridge converter. After the methods of proposing magnetic circuit mode and of equivalent transform between reluctance modes are summarized, the novel methods to derive integration magnetic converters and the general equivalent electrical circuit of magnetics are put forward. In addition, the thesis also introduces common magnetic material in power electronic, these knowledge helps to choose the magnetic core of IM. Based on symmetrical structure of winding arrangement and relationship between the resistance and the current in parallel windings, this thesis proposes a winding arrangement method for single secondary winding of transformer, which makes current share in the windings with even number of layers.A prototype with400V-600V input and32V/120A output is built up. Experimental results verify the operating principle of the proposed IM.
