Abstract/Summary:
Continuous beam-arch combination bridge has the characteristics of high stiffness, shape beauty, strong spanning ability, thus it is the ideal bridge of long span railway. At present, the bridge has been adopted more and more in passenger railway lines and the inter-city rail transit projects. Continuous beam-arch combination bridge is a combination of continuous beam bridge and arch bridge. It has the advantages of both the continuous beam bridge and arch bridge, and has its superiority in such aspects as structure and performance. Although continuous beam-arch combination bridge of large span has several successful examples in our country, it is still relatively weak in research for structural mechanical performance and construction monitoring technology. This paper mainly completes the following tasks:(1) This paper expounds the development and application of the beam arch composite bridge, as well as introduces the construction method and the structural features, and it also analyzes the research status of the beam arch composite bridge construction control.(2) Xi-an-Baoji passenger dedicated line across Xi’an-Baoji expressway prestressing force concrete continuous beam arch combination bridge as an example, using finite element software Midas / civil 2010 modeling, the dress and tearing down method on the bridge in the construction process of internal force and deformation are carried out a detailed analysis, on the bridge of each construction stage were calculated to determine the girder, main arch, boom in the construction phase of the stress and strain of the theoretical value, thus gives the construction of precamber.(3) Through the analysis of content and influencing factors of construction control,combined with the characteristics of the bridge, the paper decides on using the adaptive control method in Xi ’ an-Baoji passenger dedicated line across Xi’an-Baoji expressway prestressing force concrete continuous beam arch combination bridge, and establishes the construction control system, as well as introduces the construction error adjustment method.(4) Through actual measurement it gets the data of Xi’an-Baoji passenger dedicated line cross Xi’an-Baoji expressway prestressing force concrete continuous beam arch combination bridge at each construction stage. By comparing the theoretical figure with the actually measured one, it comes to the cohesion. The alignment of the completed bridge is in line with the requirements. The structural variant and internal force are within the error band. Thus make it possible that the bridge closure is presses. Besides it reaches the aims of construction control and gets better results in of construction control.
