Construction Technology Resarch Of (77+3×156.8+77)m Four Track Railway Continuous Beam-Arch Combination System In Deepwater Bridge

Beam-Arch Association Bridge is mainly constructed by beams and arches. It transfers the load of the span to the bridge support on a bridge structure. Beam-Arch Association Birdge has some certain advantages in the range of 60~200 m for the bridge spanThis paper described the development,structure and mechanical characteristics of the beam-arch association bridge.Under the backgroud of Songhua River bridge of Harbin to Qiqihar passenger line,the paper described the construction method of critical stpes of such type of bridge and the checking of key parts.First,the paper designed the foundation construction program of the main bridge across the river,and proposed the method of steel cofferdam constrution and double wall steel sheet pile cofferdam construction.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the paper introduced the strength checking of the steel sheet pile cofferdam and the calculation of the deformation,and analysis the problem of some conditions.Second,the paper designed the constrution method of block 0 of main bridge.Also the paper introduced the calculation of mass concrete temperature stress.For the question of temperature stress,the paper proposed measures to control temperature and prevent cracks to ensure the overall quality of mass concret.Third,the paper proposed the rib construction method of the main bridge,and made a comparative study of the construction sequence.Using the finite element analysis software Midas Civil,the paper analysis got the conclusion that after installing crossbars into the inner rib,workers should finish the under chord concreting first,then remove the bracket and finish the intraperitoneal concreting.
