| With the development of the aerospace industry, demand for large aperture antenna is increasing. In this paper, a large deployable mesh antenna is researched, the in-depth work covers structural design, find form and in-orbit thermal analysis. Specific content and results are as follows:Firstly, the optimal model of the antenna of annular scissor trusses is built. After comparing and analysing of the optimized results, a set of optimal length of the rod is determined. With getting the length of the truss rod, the positional distribution of cable net nodes is derived detailly. According to the structural characteristics of the cable net form of the antenna, the method of the structure reset balance is chosen to establish an appropriate optimized model for solving the prestress of the cable net and finishing the find form design by the method of optimization, Then the results of form finding is applied to the finite element model of ANSYS to validate the results. The maximum displacement of node is 1.48 mm, and the root mean square of reflector is 0.564 mm. The small distortion show that they are rational.Secondly, I-DEAS thermal finite element and ANSYS finite element model of the antenna were established, respectively, using the I-DEAS software to complete the analysis and calculation in-orbit temperature field of the antenna, getting the distribution of the in-orbit temperature field and the max and min temperature of the each part, obtaining the variation of the temperature of each node. Applying the temperature field results to ANSYS finite element model by the sub-load step gradually in the form of body loads, the deformation of the antenna can be viewed and the RMS variation of the antenna can be gotten. Finally, on the basis of the above work, with the use of VC ++ and MATLAB software to develop the parametric analysis software of the antenna, the software integrates three functions of the temperature field analysis of the antenna, find-shaped design and deformation analysis. With the user-friendly interface, parametric design thinking, the software can be in good service to the structural design of the antenna with important application value. |
