| In recent years, C hina’s economy develops rapidly and people’s material and cultural level is improving constantly. At the same time, people’s travelling is more frequent than before. As the primary choice in the long-distance travelling, railway has the following several characteristics: economic, comfortable, and safe. On the basis of these, the railway passenger volume is increasing year by year, especially the high peak of passenger flow that is more obvious during the Chinese New Year holidays and all kinds of vacations.Ticketing hall in railway station is the first place that the railway can provide service for passengers who are to travel. Ticketing work in ticke t hall before is distributed by management assignments based on its experience. When the numbers of ticketing window that is open to people is less, it can make people wait too long and affecting passenger travel efficiency so that passenger satisfaction to railway is reduced; when there are more windows, it can bring many problems that there are conductors who are idle, waste of station resources and the increasing cost of railway operation. Therefore, the station organization work focuses on organizing station ticketing window. Only through optimizing the opening number of ticketing window reasonably and reducing the time that passenger needs queue and wait to buy tickets can setting the station ticketing window avoid overcrowding in station ticketing hall. Thus, it can improve passengers’ satisfaction, guarantee business costs are not too high and provide passengers with high ticketing service. In the view of the above analysis, this paper is mainly to optimize the number of opening ticketing window of urban station ticketing hall. Through analyzing the actual railway station ticketing system, the paper summarizes the characteristics of queuing system in railway station, analyzes the main influencing factors of queuing system, and makes survey data statistics and its laws in order to build the simulation model which accords with the actual operation process based on queuing theory and discrete system simulation. The paper focuses mainly on the relationship between the number of opening ticketing window at different passenger flow periods and different time and the average time that passenger queues and waits. Through adjusting the opening number of ticketing window dynamically, the paper uses C++ to realize the simulation in order to provide a basis for realizing efficient operation. The main work is as follows:Firstly, the paper analyzes the research status for queuing and station ticketing organizational work of the domestic and foreign scholars and summarized the existing research methods that are analytical method and simulation. On this basis, the paper proposes the queuing model of railway station ticketing window based on passenger queuing behavior and then optimizes the opening number of ticketing window by using simulation dynamically.Secondly, based on queuing theory and simulation and operation process and characteristics of actual ticketing and queuing system, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of system and studies its internal law. The paper builds the simulation model of ticketing and queuing system on the basis of actual dates and influencing factors that are service efficiency and queuing behavior. And the simulation process and the overall process are built. Finally, the paper chooses Lanzhou Railway Station as an example and gets actual data through survey. Then through analyzing the high and low peak of passenger flow, passenger arrival rate, service time and queuing process, the paper makes the simulation of ticketing and queuing system during the high and low peak of passenger flow respectively and comes to the average waiting time of passengers for which different ticketing windows provide service. In the model, the paper can make the maximized waiting time that passengers can accept as a constraint condition and gets the opening number of window at the different periods in order to achieve the optimization of ticketing window and to guarantee passengers ’satisfaction and the rational use of railway enterprise resources. |
