| In this thesis, based on the of the research projects about snow sweeper from Tie San Ju transportation company, analysis the structure of the snow device,in order to make the performance of the snow device be better, this thesis mainly studies the following contents:(1)Analysis physical and mechanical properties of snow. Analyze the physical properties of different kinds of snow; choose the density of snow, the coefficient of friction, to provide a basis for the analysis of fluid boundary conditions.(2)According to using, preliminary established the structure and size of the fan and throw snow, use parameterized modeling method to establish 3 d entity model, to prepare for the fluid analysis and structure optimization.(3) By using MATLAB software, make an optimization analysis for the height of the throw snow cone, the angle of the snow cap and get the optimal structure of throw snow device to meet the use.(4)Static analysis by Ansys software was carried out on the fan, get the distribution map about fan of stress and strain; Modal analysis was carried out on the fan, get the fan frequency and inherent in the formation of the first eight order figure.The interference of fan frequency less than each order natural frequency of the fan,therefore the fan resonance will not occur.(5) By using fluent software to the internal of throwing snow device of gas-solid two phase flow of 3-d numerical simulation analysis, study the process of its internal throw snow true flow phenomenon, preliminary reveals the speed of the gas-solid two-phase flow field and pressure distribution, find out the existing problems, and prepare the way for further optimization analysis.(6)By using Fluent to analyze and optimized the angle of small-big blade, find out the most conducive angle to throw the snow away. |
