Along with the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in our country, the high-speed railway passenger transport hub as an important traffic node is playing pivotal roles. In order to attract large transfer flows and provide the high quality transfer experience to passengers, the transportation enterprises in high-speed railway transport hub should pay attention to the problem of making an effective strategy to increase their own earnings. Meanwhile, to avoid the excessive competition among transfer enterprises, managers of the transport hub should coordinate their relationships in order to keep transfer system stable and orderly. Considering the above background, this paper detailed study on the related issues of affecting transfer efficiency, balance the interests between hub manager and transport enterprises, systematic analyze the relationships between hub manager and transport enterprises. For describing the dynamic relationship in the high-speed rail passenger hub, this paper use game theory to build the mathematical model and give the method to develop strategies. Therefore, this paper has theoretical value and significance to transport enterprises and hub manager.Firstly, based on the domestic and international previous studies, this thesis concludes the spatial distribution and joining mode of different transfer manners in the high-speed railway passenger transport hub. It is necessary to discuss three aspects of the transfer system, including the stability of the hub transfer system, the coordination of transfer facilities and influencing factors of transfer mode choices. Through analyzing high-speed passenger flows of transfer line and service ability of transfer facilities, this thesis presents the formula to calculate the average trans-shipment time.Secondly, according to Game Theory, this thesis describes the relationships between the managers of transport hub and the different transfer enterprises. In terms of Game Theory, an evolution cooperating dynamical system of transfer enterprises is constructed under the regulation of transport hub manager, then the process of evolutionary game is also analyzed. After that, the game model among the transfer enterprises and the manager of transport hub are built. This model regards the minimum expenditure of operation strategy and minimum transfer time as objective functions. To explain this model, some problems about this model such as game strategic choices, sharing rates calculation, costs of strategy are described. Then use the non dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ) to solve this model.Lastly, it takes the Beijing South Railway Station as an example. The different transportation’s spatial distribution, connecting mode of Beijing south railway station and transfer passenger flow is analyzed. Regarding management in the hub of the Beijing South Railway Station subway and bus operators as the object in the game, this thesis lists the feasible strategies from a macro perspective. After combining with the actual data of Beijing South Railway Station and the survey results, it calculates the parameters, the utility function of the initial transfer rate, and strategy cost. Then use the game model to explain the relationships among the hub managers, Beijing public bus company and Beijing MTR corporation. The equilibrium solution of this model is achieved by using NSGA-Ⅱ, and the result of Pareto set is analyzed in the end.
