Single-scattered building is the the single building which is scattered, small scale, no surrounding buildings and other characteristics, such as the factory which is far away from the city, medium- small railway station, construction in northern cold region. The heating load of single-scattered building is higher than the general building,because of it’s own characteristic, and the surroundings of single-scattered building has no central heating network. Because the heating load of single-scattered building is higher than the general building, it is necessary to study the heating methods and heating source. In this paper, through the investigation and study on the heating situation of the medium- small railway station,we can do research on the single-scattered building.By using the fluid simulation software Fluent-airpak, single-scattered building of the medium- small railway station as the research object, The Indoor Flow Field of Two Kinds of Heating Methods(radiator heating, radiant floor heating) under the Existing Building and energy saving building of the Indoor Flow Field are simulated, and analyzed the indoor temperature field, thermal comfort,pmv,ppd.Heat source, high heating energy consumption, fuel supply difficulties, environmental pollution is the main problem of frigid and arid region of the medium- small railway station. Due to no heating pipe network, small boiler and small coal stove are the main heat source, which have a low fuel utilization efficiency and pollute the environment. Through comparing traditional coal-fired boilers as the heat resource of radiator heating and active solar energy as the heat resource of radiant floor heating and analyzing the exergy efficiency of terminal device, we can get the differences of two heat source.The conclusions are as follows:(1) Comparing to radiator heating, low temperature radiant floor heating has great advantages in temperature, wind, thermal comfort, etc.(2) After energy-saving retrofit of the building envelope, existing buildings adopts radiant floor heating, not only the indoor comfort comfortable standard meeting the human body requirment, and greatly reducing the energy consumption.(3) the exergy efficiency of coal-fired boilers is 5.97% and the exergy efficiency of active solar energy is 17.2%. Radiant floor heating use the solar energy and realized rational energy use. Traditional coal-fired boilers make to high-grade e energy to low-grade heat energy,it wastes the quality energy.(4) Comparing radiant floor heating with radiator heating system, radiant floor heating can use low-grade energy,it’s energy saving rate can reach 71.2%.(5) Through the economic analysis of active solar energy, active solar energy is more economical comparing with coal-fired boilers, and no pollution to environment.
