The paper taking a 300MW power plant for example, exergy transfer coefficient of the high and low pressure heater as well as the deaerator was analyzed, which based on the point of view of exergy transfer. Considering the influence of the pressure fall in the heat-transfer process, the exergy transfer coefficient of the water and steam side of the counter flow heater is derived. The paper obtained the exergy transfer coefficient by analyzing the film type condensation of the deaerator. Moreover, the exergy coefficient of transmission and distribution situation were obtained by calculating the exergy transfer coefficient of the heater from 1 to 8, which providing reference for determining the reasonable operational parameter and optimizing the structural parameter. Based on the theory of predecessors, the efficient formula of counter flow heater is derived under three circumstances, and according to the practical data the value is obtained, which has great significance in the study on exergy transfer of the heater and the development of the energy saving theory.
