Clearance which exists in mechanism will change motion state of mechanism, it can also cause vibration, noise and affect the efficiency and precision of transmission. Influence of clearance in kinematics to property of mechanism can not be ignored. Thus, study on dynamic property of mechanism with clearance is of great significance and practical value, the study on mechanism with clearance can boost the development of its theoretical study which can not be replaced.This topic identified with simple slider-crank mechanism as experimental object firstly, using the piezoelectric acceleration sensor and combining the technology of virtual instrument software LabVIEW to build a vibration measurement and analysis experimental system based on the measuring acceleration response. And then used the system to make experiment study on the dynamic response of rotation of slider-crank mechanism with clearance,the study’s measured object is acceleration of the slider,moreover,we do the data analysis and processing and come out the slider response parameters of time domain and frequency curve. In this paper, the research content is as follows:1. The measurement of data collection in hardware system solution is designed, The measuring instruments and equipments which is needed in the experiment are chosen combined with the characteristics of measured signals, the experimental platform is built with the experiment object is slider-crank mechanism. The project design of measurement in mechanism with clearance is designed.2.Using virtual instrument software LabVIEW to build a vibration measurement and analysis experimental system based on the measuring acceleration response.The system includes three parts:the program of acquiring and storaging vibration acceleration signal and analyzing and displaying result,data processing.3.Experimental research object is slider-crank mechanism.In order to research the problems which effects the clearance have on the body, the influence degree of the dynamic responses that the different gap sizes have on the institutions, and what is the difference when comparing the connecting rod for the dynamic characteristics of the elastic mechanism with rigid link’s, we do research studies based on this experiment system. The results show that the gap on the organization’s acceleration response amplitude influence is most obvious, the bigger the gap value the greater the acceleration amplitude fluctuation of mechanical system, but the fewer the frequency of the wave; The flexible connecting rod can reduce the impact of the collision between gap element.4.Using the experimental platform to carry on experimental measurement and data analysis and processing of the acceleration response of the slider of slider-crank mechanism containing more clearance,get the following conclusion: the influence of different location of clearance of institutions is different and when the agency contains multiple clearance, the acceleration oscillation amplitude of the slider is bigger than single gap’s, the stability of a mechanical system with more clearance is worse. |
