Planetary transmission which has advantages of strong bearing capacity, compact structure, small volume, wide range of transmission ratio control, is widely used in all kinds of mechanical department like defense, mine,metallurgy, aviation, automobile etc.Wind power as clean, non- polluting energy has been paid more and more attention. The wind turbine accelerator which is the main transmission parts of wind power system,directly impacting the performance,service life and performance of the unit.Its dynamic reliability research is important to ensure the reliability of planetary transmission system, property and service life.In this paper, The mechanism of two level W-W type planetary gear transmission of wind turbine accelerator as the research object,its dynamic characteristics and dynamic reliability are studied,the main work is as follows:The principle of transmission of planetary gear transmission of wind turbine accelerator was analyzed, established the solid model based on the design of the structure parameters,established the dynamic model of translation-Torsional coupling of planetary transmission,and derived the differential equation of motion, Analysis its equation coefficient matrix,the dynamic load of gear The teeth meshing was simulated by ADAMS software.The formula of reliability of each part of the wind turbine accelerator was derived, statistics dynamic load of gear tooth meshing applying of rain flow method,established the reliability model of wind turbine accelerator, and calculated the dynamic reliability of wind turbine accelerator.Studied the specific method of using pure death model for reliability calculation of parts,deduced formula of the reliability using pure death model of all parts of wind turbine accelerator,calculated its dynamic reliability by using pure death model. Results shows that the system dynamics reliability is closer to the actual situation by considering pure death model than the traditional method.The weak link parts and its cause are also can be analysised intuitively from the failure and probability.Shown from the individual parts of reliability suing pure death model,the shaft parts in the system is most easily damaged.
