With the rapid development of modern engineering machinery, loading machine is more and more appear various work occasions slip what can be flexible work shift. However, it has the common disadvantage of traditional engineering machinery:low transmission efficiency, high energy consumption and noise, operation when there is a certain degree of pollution of the environment. In order to overcome disadvantages this paper focuses on the innovation design and simulation research of skid loader, Aimed at the development of an excellent performance, energy saving and environmental protection in electric skid steer loader. The research work is organized as follows:In order to guarantee the performance of skid loaders, formulate the design scheme, Reference to the existing slip loaders and according to the design of pure electric skid loader development of the characteristics of the whole parameters; According to the design size is established using Pro/E software, build the 3D model of the whole. The skid loaders work device carried out analysis and comparison of the kinematics and dynamics simulation using ADAMS; can be related to response curve of skid loader main properties are obtained by simulation, analyzed skid loader in the ascension movement characteristics, boom in combined motion bucket attitude, by force of each hinge point transmission angle and the boom bucket driving dynamics performance and the whole process of simulation, the comparison to verify the design of new five connecting rod mechanism and the existing advantages of four connecting rod mechanism in the work performance, find the design shortcomings of body and put forward the improvement scheme; the five connecting rod mechanism is optimized, effectively reduces the required driving force and instantaneous power, so that the mechanism is more reasonable; According to the optimized parameters of boom and bucket drive for power selection.Put forward kind of power driven sliding chassis innovation design, combined with the design and selection of suspension and brake system, to obtain a suitable for electric sliding chassis loader; Slip steering form analysis, get the design meet the slip sliding chassis steering conditions; selection of design of the bottom disk drive system, determine the basic drive the system, based on the vehicle target parameters and calculation of the motor and battery is selected and matched; the establishment of sliding chassis model in ADAMS, simulation analysis by using the model of the turning radius, results show that the designed sliding chassis can complete each steering form sliding steering, the selected drive is suitable for the sliding chassis.
