Empirical Research Of Overall Strength Influencing Factors And Evaluation On Drivers Training In Nanning

With the rapid development of economy in China, cars become an indispensable tool in people’s life, drivers training is prevalent. In recent years, drivers training switch from professional training to the public, the number of drivers training organization keeps increasing, and the market competition is fierce. In order to get more advantage in the market, drivers training organization must improve their overall strength. From the view of industry, the improvement of overall strength can not only enhance the comprehensive quality, but also plays an important role in the traffic safety in our country.The main research methods are literature research, questionnaire survey method, expert interview and Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Taking Nanning for an example, established the evaluation index system of overall strength. In the empirical part, take 95 drivers training organizations in Nanning as research sample, based on actual survey data sample data source, using the factors in the multivariate statistical analysis method and cluster analysis, analyzing from the scale strength, training ability, hardware conditions and quality of the driving, determine the overall strength ranks finally. Study on classification of drivers training organization by cluster analysis method. According to the results of empirical analysis, put targeted countermeasures and suggestion from various perspectives.
