With the adjustment in energy structure of our country, the gas distributed energy with the gas as its main energy source becomes increasingly applied. This is due to its advantages such as high in efficiency and low in pollution.Combined Cooling Heating and Power(CCHP), a kind of distributed energy system, is a co-production and co-supply system which generates cooling, heating and power using gas as the primary energy. The CCHP becomes a future tendency as its ability on significantly increasing the utilization rate of gas. Based on the CCHP distributed energy supply project on data center in A29 area of CNPC(China National Petroleum Corporation), this article study the scheme of process control system, design of electrical control system, model selection and configuration of PLC(programmable logic controller) and development of monitor and control system.An introduction of distributed energy technology and CCHP system is made firstly in this article. And then, the overall scheme of a CCHP system is determined. An analysis on the CCHP system in the data center of A29 area is made in this paper,followed by detailing the scheme of the control system, configuration of the hardware,selection of processing equipment, the bootstrap system, the electrical system,processing system and control system.In addition, a design of hardware and software according to the functional requirements and a configuration of upper supervision screen are made in this article.The number of analog input channel required by the PLC, specification of digital input and output devices, network mode and software selection are also determined.At last, the control and data collection on devices in the CCHP system by PLC is implemented and the program of PLC is accomplished. |
