With the development of space technology, a research on space large deployable antenna has become an important field of aerospace technology. Space deployable structure is the backbone of a space deployable antenna and the important components of the antenna. This paper mainly focuses on the design and analysis of adjustment components in space deployable structures.Firstly, this paper introduces the contents of antenna adjustment component s, including net surface adjustment and change of antenna focal length/diameter ratio. It introduces the ideas and the components of antenna surface adjustment, including cable net fixed node structure and vertical cable regulator. The variation tendency of hoop-cable, radial cable and parabolic area under the variation of antenna focal length/diameter ratio is also studied.Secondly, the paper analyzes the changes of all parts for a new Hoop-Rib antenna after the variation of antenna focal length/diameter ratio. For rib bar, three different kind of folding solutions with sliding driving and rotating driving are put forward and verified through ADAMS software. For radial cable, this paper puts forward two kinds of adjustment ideas: straightened cable and rotating cable. For metal mesh surface, a new thought of folding surface is put forward and verified through paper folding. Combining with the adjustment of the parts, two kinds of different integral adjustment plans are put forward, which are sleeve moving plan and gear group plan. Then the relationship between displacement and velocity is investigated through ADAMS software.For the adjustment of net surface, according to the observation of daily experience and the designing principle of snap buttons, several simple node structures are designed, including self-locking nut solutions and clip solutions. The basic size of each scheme is preliminary designed and a simple interference analysis has been carried out. A simplified model of the node structure is established and analyzed in ANSYS software. The contact and force of the node structures are analyzed to makes sure that the node structure would not separate under the stress of vertical cable.Finally, the above researches are summarized and the existing problems and the next task are put forward. Antenna adjustment components are introduced and studied in this paper. It provides reference for the research work of space deployable structure.
