Space-borne deployable mechanism is an important part of the satellites which is a substantial platform to carry out the satellites'function. The deployable truss in big size, high accuracy, light-weight is the currency of space structures. In our nation the deployable trusses in existence cannot meet the diversified needs. The aim of this dissertation is to design and consummate a folded-loop and folded-rib deployable antenna reflector structure to meet the needs which has the advantages of little mass, small volume and low folding ratio. And a supporting framework of the antenna was designed which can be deployed in two directions. It could effectually to depart the electronic equipment and the antenna.At first, this thesis reviews the developing processes, study and application, and development trend of space-borne deployable construction features, and compared them in various manners. Based on this ,the structure design and consummation was done on a new style of deployable antenna with folded-loop and folded-rib for space-borne. The design of the structure size, node, connectiong pieces and the whole structure of the antenna are based upon function analysis. The details of the structures are designed using 3D parametric modeling method. In order to meet the needs of different caliber antenna model, the parametric model of the whole structure is constructed through the re-exploiture of UG/Open API, and examples are given to show the feasibility of our designVia analysis the developmentary discipline of the whole structure, a telescope mast with good structure rigidity, high orientation precision and construction stability was designed. Through the design and improvement of construction feature, driving formal of the telescope mast, and a kinamatics simulation is show that it can extend in two directions and support the antenna ans the feed source efficiently.Via the detail design of the telescope mast and the fold-circle and fold-rib deployable antenna in different caliber in this paper, the deployable truss was achieved the expect goal of the structureal design essentially. The work of this paper was provide a powerful reference for the further analysis of the deployable structure. And the next, a land trail proving was needed to verify the rationality of the structure.
