Reliability is the probability that parts, components, products or systems will perform their designed for functions without failure in specified environments for desired periods at a given confident level. Products can mean any system, equipment and components. Reliability analysis and calculation are more complex. The types of methods are various. Currently there are no fixed methods and processes. Because reliability calculations involve numberous analytical software, so it is very important to developed high integrated software. Reliability designers do not need insight know complex geometric models. They simply enter the relevant parameters. It reduces the burden on the designer.This paper carries out structure performance and reliability of electromechanical. Study calculation platform oriented vibration and temperature variation environment. It begins with an introduction to the development state at home and abroad, the development trend of reliability engineering and the existing problems. Followed by the requirements analysis, architecture and function module design of the system based on reliability analysis process of electromechanical components, which leads to an overall design of the system. This paper in detail carries out key technology that is the secondary development of ANSYS and Matlab integration. During the secondary development of ANSYS integration, parametric design language technology achieves the entire modeling analysis process. During the secondary development of Matlab integration, dynamic link library technology achieves reliability calculations. In Visual Studio 2010 unified architecture, integrate structural analysis software and numerical software. In the platform, a stationary methods and processes can be saved,such as establish geometry, material properties and mesh density etc. Computing experience well preserved. While the requirements that technical persons are familiar with software are low. They simply view the results and operate the model intuitively by user interface for visualization techniques. Database can store vast amounts of data, facilitate reliability calculations and enhance systematic work. Heterogeneous software integration to some extent shorten cycle reliability calculation, simple to operate and improve working efficiency.
