In recent years, with the rapid development of urban infrastructure, high-pressure jet grouting pile foundation treatment method in the project has been widely used,Churning ultra-deep pile foundation treatment method has adventage as widely application, simple equipment, easy construction, saving material, reinforcement diameter control, durability, high efficiency, low cost, simple operation, and so on.Although the application of the law have continue to spread, but for complex geological conditions encountered its application is still quite difficult, especially for the study of the theory is far behind the practical application of engineering. This paper depand on the background about a deep foundation engineering in Fujian Luoyuan, using numerical simulation method combine with field trials For ultra-deep rotation in complex geological conditions for sealing curtain and sprayed pile excavation depth applied research project.This paper mainly introduce the research statusbasic operation principle and techn ology trends of high-pressure grouting technique overseas and domestic. The diffusio n properties of seriflux and pressure attenuation rule are obtained through numerical si mulation under different spouting pressurespouting time and soil layer in the spouting process of ultra-deep churning piles. The most economical rational construction para meters are obtained with the analysis of internal rules combined with field test, which guaranteed the need of pile diameter and strength. The main construction technology,difficulties, solutions and quality control measures are introduced together with the co nstruction of ultra-deep churning piles. The main testing means and its principle toget her with advantages and disadvantages of ultra-deep churning piles are introduced. Fi nally we through light upon the practical engineering application based on a deep foun dation excavation in Fujian Province, such as improvement measures of machinery eq uipment and quality inspection in practical engineering.
