Research On Construction Quality Supervision System

Quality management of any project there are certain ideas and methods, but the most practical, and size of the project to match the level of management and the owners to adapt the quality management system is the most practical and viable. One of the key factors affecting project quality, schedule and benefits is engineering quality supervision model. Middle Route Project, more than 1,400 km long line, costing more than 2000 billion, which also belongs to the ultra-large-scale inter-basin water transfer project in the world, it is for ease water shortage in northern China, the rational allocation of water resources, protection of the social economy can sustainable development has profound significance. Under the socialist market economy, how to ensure the quality of such a complex project is a huge project of building a new topic never encountered before, and no ready-made foreign experience to draw on.In this paper, the legal point of view the project as a starting point, the objective of the government level quality control, quality control and supervision, quality management, project construction unit corporate level quality control, supervision units to analyze, summarize, discusses the rationality of this system. Combined with an instance of the Middle Route Project, a detailed description of the project quality control methods, and analyzes the effect of its implementation. Finally, for the water diversion project quality management problems, this paper suggests improvements to provide a reference for future similar large-scale projects.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:1. North Water Transfer Project brief overview, analyzes the construction of some quality factors exist.2. Introduce domestic and foreign research progress project quality management, research and research ideas put forward in this paper.3. State the theoretical basis and the basic method of construction project quality control of project quality management.4. On the Middle Route Project of construction management and quality management model for analysis, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of various models, and propose measures to improve methods for deficiencies.5.Taking an actual engineering project of South-to-North Water Diversion Middl e Route Project for example, in the quality monitoring system which have been impro ved, using the histogram method, causal analysis, arrangement diagram method and o ther methods to analysis the causes of quality problems, find solutions to the problem, and to verify the effect of quality control.6. Draw conclusions and make some reasonable suggestions for large-scale construction project quality supervision.
