Concrete production management information system still has many problems to be solved, such as the effective integration, and the development of information technology control and different mixing system synchronous follow-up and upgrade,system interface contract standardization。This research is not only beneficial to the system application in a wider range, but also can enhance the management level and technology of concrete and the basic building materials supply industry progress.The concrete production enterprise information management system is designed and developed,based on the analysis of the concrete production process. In order to adapt to the existing in the concrete construction quality management and cost control requirements, the development of remote transmission, data storage, analysis platform and wide area network(WAN) multi-user real-time access to information portal(PIP)concrete production enterprise information management system, dynamic monitoring in the production process of mixing station. The system realizes intelligent concrete construction process information data processing, solves the management information construction, authenticity and timeliness of feedback response, the dynamic management of concrete construction process goal.
