In the next few decades, a large number of different types of tunnel such as railway, highway, water conservancy and hydropower, urban subway and tunnel need to construct, TBM will become the preferred construction method of tunnel project in our country, Its fast, safety, efficiency, environmental and other advantages will push the long-term development of TBM. The researches on TBM performance and cutter consumption are very important to TBM design 、construction and budget, and we should adjust the cutterhead’s thrust、torque、rotating speed and boring speed according to different geological conditions to make boring safe, fast and efficient.Taking Liaoning northwest water supply project as the background, we made a lot of TBM field test and data records, including geological rock samples, boring data, cutter wear, cutter spare parts consumption and causes of records, etc.; we did experiments of physical and mechanical properties of rock, such as uniaxial compressive strength test and CAI test; a lot of analysis and researches on TBM boring performance and cutter wear were did, including the analysis of the utilization rate of TBM and equipment intact rate, TBM boring performance and tunneling parameters correlation study, cutter wear and cutter change frequency statistics, the correlation analysis of cutter wear and the surrounding rock and so on.This thesis show that under different conditions of surrounding rocks,TBM utilization have obvious difference, the TBM penetration and boring speed has a strong correlation between boring parameters and geological parameters; cutter wear is different under different geological conditions, also large difference of different types of cutter wear, and they have some certain regularity. The researches in this paper have important reference value to other TBM project. |
