| The Electrical power demand side management refers to that enterprise manages electricity consumption quantitatively by sets up elaborating management platform of electrical power, so as to improve the efficiency and requirement of terminal electrical power, and realize purpose of energy conservation and emissions reduction and environmental protection. Power demand side management is an important issue in energy strategy of all countries. It is a major initiative which relieves the tension of electric power supply and improves the efficiency, and it has far-reaching significance in improving harmonious development of energy, economy and environment. Therefore, the demands of Electric power customer, power grid enterprise, government and the energy conservation service company have been fully analyzed in this article. After that, aiming at monitoring and management of electricity consumption, a client-oriented electric power demand side management system was proposed.This system is composed of acquisition unit, database storage unit and data release unit. Through SIS system and power quality supervision system, the power generation and consumption, coal consumption, boiler efficiency and many power quality data were collected. All kinds of customer data were saved and processed by database storage unit. Power management information was published to Web server and The autonomous region government DSM system platform. At last, this system was displayed and the article was summarized.The system proposed in this article has strong practicality and was applied in some corporations in Ningxia province. The monitoring data proved the effectiveness of the system. |
