Gas demand side management refers to the management activities that the gas enterprises implement to the natural gas terminal user, has undoubtedly become an important measures to enhance the competitiveness, optimize the load structure for the gas enterprises, and also an important guarantee of the sustainable development for the gas enterprises.This paper unfurls the research by analysis the problems existing in the gas demand currently. After a large number of papers review and analysis, summed up the major reasons are:gas meter is not accurate, influent the gas enterprises’ operating profit; gas pipeline leakage can not be found in time, affect the safety of the gas; the gas is not stable during the rush hour, gas reliability is bad; table checking is not accurate, illegal use of the gas and other factors, influence the gas enterprises’ operating efficiency. And also CNPC has signed " take or pay " agreement with a number of national gas company, although not really implemented, but with the aggravation of the natural gas market’ international sale and purchase, "take or pay" agreement between foreign natural gas suppliers and the upper reaches of China Gas Enterprises will impact the domestic natural gas market. Therefore, to improve the prediction accuracy of gas consumption, is also a important subject that needs to be studied in the gas demand side management.This paper aimed at the problem of the gas demand side at present, designing and implementing the function of the gas demand side management system. Including the design of the overall framework of the system, selecting the specific development language, development framework, system structure, development technology, the system running environment and the database system, designing the process of the data collection and management. Then, displaying the system function of the data statistics and analysis, contrasting the gas consumption of this month, last month and the same period at last year, contrasting and analysis monthly gas consumption, statistics the users that without use gas in N consecutive months to understand the gas situation of users, to fill a reasonable plans of gas using; set upper and lower limit of the daily gas consumption and found the abnormalities situation, alarm for the situation that exceed the limit within N days continuity; to calculate the working flow percentage of the flow-meter, analysis situation of overload, very small case, sorting out the flow-meter that high table and small use, small table and high use. At last designing to display the analysis results to the user by the form of the report or curve analysis.In the load forecasting module, after analyzing and comparing the load forecasting methods that are commonly used now, choose the BP neural network method. selecting part of the data as a sample, combined with MATLAB training network model, using rolling prediction method to forecast the annual gas consumption; Also use BP neural network method, fully consider the climate condition, date type, heating season and other factors, to predict the daily gas consumption, to verify the feasibility of the network model.Gas demand side management system, through to real-time monitoring the gas users’gas consumption, contrasting and analysis monthly gas consumption, showing the maximum, the minimum consumption, and the time when the peak and the valley appear, let the gas enterprises fully understand the use-rule of the gas, timely detection and tracking the users whose gas use situation is not normal, developing a reasonable shift peak and valley filling scheme to ensure safe and reliable and health using nature gas.Gas demand side management system, through the rational forecast of gas load, let the city gas company provide resources in accordance with the requirements, reducing quantity difference between supply and marketing, let the gas company’s demand planning implemented in order, ensure the stability of nature gas use. |
