The bridge erecting machine is a large mechanical equipment, which is assembled at the bridge location, and then it constructs hole by hole. The precast segmental construction technology is the most common method, which is used by the bridge erecting machine. The segmental assembling needs to through the assembling of the beam section, the pouring of wet joint concrete, the prestressed tension, the de frame of bridge erecting machine, and the system conversion of several complex processes. In these processes, the internal force and deformation of the beam is influenced by various factors of the materials, so research on the displacement and stress condition in different construction conditions of the simply supported beam and bridge erecting machine and making the detailed plans for the construction control is not only in relation to the own safety of bridge erecting machine but also to the alignment of final bridge.This paper takes the 48 m segmental simply supported box beam of Bao Lan Line San Yang Chuan bridge as the research background, firstly, it has detailed description of the development situation and the present research situation of the assembly segment construction technology, Subsequently take the 48 m segmental simply supported box of Bao Lan Line San Yang Chuan bridge girder as an example, it introduces the main instrument and the main principle and method of structure construction, which is used on the TP48 segmenterection machine and construction. Thus the construction process is divided into five stage of the construction including placing bridging machine, lifting the beam block, pouring the wet joint concrete, the prestressed tension and the bridge erecting machine through the hole. Using the finite element software Midas Civil as the tool, by simplify the bridge erecting machine, it set up a whole finite element model of the bridge erecting machine and concrete beam, it has the Simulation analysis of construction stages, Through the mechanical behavior analysis of TP48 bridge erecting machine and of concrete beam body, we can get the linear change in the construction phase of the assembling construction process of concrete beam body segments And the stress situation of the key control section and find out the changing rules in the whole process of construction.This paper through the theory data guidance, according to the characteristics of 48 m segment assembled construction technique on BaoLan Line San Yang Chuan bridge, developing the adapted monitoring scheme, in the process of assembling construction section, by treating the data acquisition of strain gauge, obtained experimental value on each construction stage of segmental construction, by comparing and analysis the theoretical value and the measured value, finding the cause of the deviation, and adjusting the deviation, thus the model was closer to the actual structure, to guide the construction of various stages of the whole bridge and realize the effective control of the assembly process.
