This paper is based on the Dadu Mountain tunnel of Guiguang railway. It focuses on comparison of construction method of Dadu Mountain tunnel, to choose a reasonable construction method. At the same time, for through the complex strata, it developed a more detailed construction technology programs and measures, to ensure the construction safe.Dadu Mountain tunnel is located in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, which is a complex geological structure, including karst caves, fractured zones, etc. Tunnel construction is dangerous and difficult and led to a major accident. Therefore, a reasonable choice is extremely important for excavation methods. This paper chooses the commonly used three-step excavation method and CD method. It compares and analysises rock stress field, displacement field, the plastic deformation zone and supporting structure by Ansys finite element software, and chooses a safe and high efficiencly construction method. In the construction of complex formation, a regulate safe and effective method is important for construction. According to the characteristics of the tunnel information construction, it establishes the monitoring and measurement system during tunnel construction process, to verify the security and stability of the supporting structure by monitoring data. For selecting the monitoring data of several typical section of this article as the representative for analysis supporting structure deformation displacement trend. Another tunnel construction encountered karst area, gas Stratum and fracture zone, for successful through the complex strata, it developed a more detailed construction technology programs and measures.
