The train speed is increasing with the great leap forward de velopment of railway construction. The passenger dedicated line has higher requirements o n stability and ride comfort. There are two kinds structure form of passenger line: ballasted track and ballastless track. Ballastless track has the advantages of good stability, less maintenance and repair, long service life and good stability of ballast compared with the ballasted track. However, part location is not suitable for laying ballastless track. The construction technology researches about ballastless track are more than ballasted track. So it has important practical significance to study ballas ted track construction and s witch laying technology of passenger line.Firstly, the development and construction situation of ballasted track at home and abroad was reviewed. Secondly, construction technology of ballasted track and laying technology of switch were introduced. Finally, the technical problems need to be solved in the process of construction were analyzed.The main research contents include each procedure quality control, mainframe equipment and high precision technology of laying switch in passenger line. The following conclusions:(1)A set of construction technology of trans-sectional jointless track in 250km/h passenger line was developed.(2)A set of construction techniques applicable to the high speed laying switch of ballasted track was de veloped.(3)It is the first time for our country to independent research new technology of platform assembly, whole group hoisting, whole group transportation and whole group mechanical laying of ballasted track.(4)The technical problems of high cost and easy damage of power cable(gantry crane) can be effectively solved by slip and touch type power device.(5)The no shoulder concrete sleeper hanger(Ⅲb) and slip stopping device can improve the quality and efficiency of sleeper loading, and also can ensure the transport security of gantry crane in sleeper transportation train.
