It is a key technology for the construction of the high speed railway to lay down the disposable jointless track across sections, which can not only improve the laying precision of the rail, but also accelerate the advancement of the whole construction technology.This thesis summarizes the key construction technology of the high speed railway to lay down the disposable jointless track across sections combining with the engineering on Qin-Shen newly-built passenger railway. Firstly, general introductions are given for the global situation of the design and engineering for section B26-1 on Qin-Shen newly-built passenger railway. At the same time, the general construction design and task flows for laying the disposable jointless track across sections are detailed introduced.Then,the construction design of the long-rail foundation for section B26-1 and the construction methods and techniques of PC-NTC track-laying machine unit for laying the disposable jointless track across sections are described.At last,the construction methods,techniques and task flows in several key items such as the welding in the long-rail foundation,lay of fundus ballast,lay of the long rail, the field alumino thermit weld of jointless track across sections,discharge of stress and fastening, adding and settting of ballast in delamination, are analysed and described in detail.The success of laying the disposable jointless track across sections on Qin-Shen newly-built passenger railway is a great breakthrough of Chinese railway construction techniques, which comprehensively improves the level of jointless track construction equipment and the quality of track construction.
