As one of the cities accelerating the construction of China, Shanghai has fasten his road plan, and all kinds of the large tunnels construction have become the mark of the realization of the city traffic three-dimensional. Many problems of the security also exposed in this condition of this fast development. Therefore, it is very important to construct a set of existing tunnel comprehensive system blind tunnel deformation monitoring system to ensure the safety of tunnels in operation.In this paper, firstly I described the Shanghai road tunnel on the network Water Leakage events, on the basic of which I made some analysis and made the conclusion that the particular settlement will increase in Shanghai with more and more constructions of the tunnels. In this regard, through the collection and study of domestic and foreign research essays, and after the comparison of various sensors monitoring methods and prediction methods of several kinds of tunnel subsidence, Finally I chose three kinds of sensor for the monitoring control of tunnel settlement and two kinds of prediction methods for the settlement prediction. Then I completed the equipment layers after the selection, erection of concept learning in tunnel of the original system. Based on the original hardware facilities, analysis of monitoring system for the tunnel settlement is completed. I also developed a set of data acquisition, data processing and system-self-checking system as a whole structure, and finished the link with the original integrated monitoring system to ensure the safety of tunnel for certain events occur.As the key part of this chapter, the fourth part introduced the data acquisition, data storage and data transmission in detail, and described the algorithm flow of the two core part of the tunnel deformation monitoring. The link with the threshold warning point of the safety early warning network is also introduced. This part emphasized on how to use the theory of gray system GM (1,1) single point model and BP neural network model to forecast the tunnel settlement. The whole chapter described various functions of the system implementation, analyzed the deficiency of the system and also described the expansion of the system and further development.
